“Al-Noor International Texas has presented a unique program in Dallas, Texas, on Friday, May 12th, 2023. This is the first time an organization has recognized and presented awards to twelve individuals for their lifetime work. The awards were given to Indians, Pakistanis, Christians, Muslims, Hindus, and Sikhs for their work as an artist, poets, philanthropists, scientists, and community leaders. This was a good example of interfaith and intercommunity celebrations.

Al Noor International of Dallas recognized Dr. Basheer Ahmed Sahab for his remarkable philanthropic efforts and his contributions in motivating young individuals to excel in their communities, awarding him with the title of "Roshan Chiragh." This honor acknowledges his dedication to charitable causes and his efforts to inspire and empower the youth to make a positive impact in society. He has recently wrote a book " The Rise and Fall of Muslim Civilization" which received the prestigious “The Next Generation Indie Book Awards”.
